MP Support Slower Than.....1636

I opened a support ticket last Thursday.

I finally get a response on Saturday, sadly it only read "Hi Brian." That is it!

Tried calling, now I'm in their voice mailbox system.

Are they ALWAYS this slow?

No. They have always been quite prompt with us.

@BrianM, I have found it always dependent on the issue, in some cases they got right back to me. But when I have asked about color, stitching or software issues it has taken several days. It has gotten better but I have waited several days if not a week for an answer. So I have had similar issues.

@BrianM I've experienced the same issues Brian! Sometimes they can be great - however other times its just a painful long wait! Plus my added issue of being on the other side of the world!!
