|So we live in a society where there is a pre calculated plan to change words to soften a presentation, I was thinking about the title of the recent Matterport "TERMS OF SERVICE" announcement. Would that not be better titled "CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP" or "Destruction of CopyRIGHT?
When you consider section 3.7 of the agreement.
3.7. Licenses to Matterport. You hereby grant to Matterport the following non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable licenses in connection with all Subscription Levels for the Processing and Hosting Service:
They also say they can do this for floor plans. Are they planning on selling this to clients we do not sell or provide this service to.
This is real interesting.
Does anyone have the old Terms of Service agreement? The last one?

Is this what you would like:
✓ Matterport Ecosystem-Red-Lined Agreement
I do have all the last generation of these Matterport legal documents saved in a Google Doc:

Well, George talked to Bill Brown and he's now onboard.
Sounds to me like a one-on-one conversation cleared some things up and that obviously, Matterport's intentions aren't as ugly as the TOS changes could lead everyone to believe.
