|What kind of flyers or marketing strategys are you using. Trifold pamphlets?
I'd like for us to collaborate on something and share with fellow matterpros
Needs to be attention grabbing. Most agents in speak with tell me they have been doing virtual tours for last 10 years. It's hard to verbalize what kind of crap they have been sold by "professional" photographers. When in reality there overpaying for panoramic pictures. Something my phone and iPad do better. Free.
Anybody want to share there list of benefits for buyer seller and agent? Maybe we all could learn something. Here is my start.

|Justin, I am a real estate agent and I just ordered a Matterport. I can't wait for it to arrive. From an agent standpoint it 1)allows me to provide my sellers with better service and market their home in an innovative manner 2)gives the buyer the opportunity to view their home in 3D which may reduce the number of showings to people that were looking for a home that had x that this home does not 3)provides the prospective purchaser with a better perspective of the house and may attract showings that the house might not otherwise get 4)will attract views of the video because it is so unusual which may bring additional showings 5)gives me a great way to market the house on the internet, especially to purchasers outside the area, 92% of purchasers search for homes on the internet 6)gives me a way to distinguish my services for sellers.
