I just received this eBlast from REDFIN (Monday, 11 July 2016).

Perhaps some inspiration for your messaging or eblasts?

Headline reads:

REDFIN: 3D Walkthrough Lets Buyers Tour Your Listing Online

The link: Redfin 3D Walkthrough(TM)

Here's a link to view the eBlast in your browser (not sure how long this link will work).

Have you seen any email marketing by Matterport to help increase demand by people listing their home for sale?

If so, please share it in this thread.

What do you think about Redfin's eBlast?

I recently started working with our local Redfin office. They're site is built out to highlight the matterport tours unlike other brokers. It's been a good start and look forward to see how that office will grow.

I forgot to mention also that Redfin ran a TV spot in our market in the last 45 days or so that shows glimpses of a Matterport tour. We definitely need more marketing geared toward educating the general public just as Dan mentioned about matterport marketing to potential home sellers.

Redfin in our area has no offices. They just work as referral brokers and discount their fees below what a guy can earn a living at. There was some RUMOR about them being in trouble with the State of California with their 1.5% listing fee.

The only Matterport ads I have ever seen are directed to Realtors on Facebook to buy the system. People (real estate agents) in San Diego, like it but do not want to pay for it.

I've found that most realtors do not want to tie up several thousand dollars in equipment to do the time consuming, tedious work of scanning a property. It's easier for them to call us.
