Greetings Matterport community. We just our most recent scan

This is our first scan since a change in app apparently. In the dollhouse view, we notice that only one floor at a time shows up. How do we change this? This is a great opportunity for the dollhouse to do it's magic because this is a 4 level town house. Any ideas appreciated.

In the lower right corner, you'll see the arrows pointing up and down, which you click to change floors. In between those arrows are the "layers." Click on the layers to toggle between multi-floor and single-floor view.

Great thanks! - we had found that toggle. My questions is whether we can set the toggle to multi floor so that the consumer will have multi floor set for them. Clearly we don't want the consumer to have to figure this out!

Ah... I don't know if there's a way to make multi-floor the default. That's a good question to send to Matterport support.

Thanks John, That was a misstep for sure. They just took away the coolest part of the experience and/or added an additional navigation step that is NOT obvious. Most people that experience these scans are going to be using this technology for the first time.

I'm not even sure people know to click on the Dollhouse or Plan view icons. I wish things were a bit more obvious.

Hey Grant. Add "&f=0" to the end of the link / embed code and it will make the multi foor the default.
