WORKSHOP Problems srennick 9 7 yearssrennick (361): @invelope it took Matterport almost a week to get back to me. 3 browsers with 3 different sets of issues. Chrome is fixed at the moment. Their engineering team is looking at Safari and Firefox. I needed to screen record opening up and accessing workshop while exposing the console (developer view) so they could get a good look at what was going on. I'm still waiting for results.
Models still not uploading PhotoJoe 4 8 yearsfrstbubble (639): Two ways to ensure you will not lose the scans. *Preferred* Get iExplorer you might be able to use the iTunes app. Copy everything in the Matterport app folder to your computer. If the models are not there when you reload the app restore the folder to the iPad. Use iCLoud back make sure your Matterport app is included in the backup. Remove and reinstall app. In a couple of days the data may show back up.
