Any word on when this silliness will end? Surely there is a solution?

Insta360 OneX - it's slender build can disappear in subtle ways.

I do not think it is a huge problem to remove a camera from a picture. However it can be difficult and time consuming to recover a background that has been hidden behind it.

Personally I have stopped caring about it. If there is no way to set an angle that hides a camera reflected in a mirror I just let it be there.

Like many, I wish MP offered a white label solution. Alas, it seems they have never put MSPs' interests at the fore. But since this big, boxy camera will show-up in mirrors anyway, I use it as my own subtle branding. Just print your logo backwards, a touch of double-stick tape, and 'Voila'.

Great idea and it does not require any permission from an agent or a vendor as you can always say it is part of your camera :-)

I just tried www.photoandvideoedits.com. - it does good job of removing the camera. But not useful/applicable for Matterport though.

If I cannot avoid the reflection in the vanity mirror, I usually lower the camera. It's time consuming though.

Thats a screen grab from the matterport tour... the mirror was too low to lower the camera,,, this particular listing has 3-4 other mirror-shots in the tour.. agent is OK, but I'd like to get them out!

I’ve never yet had a complaint over my passive bathroom marketing.

@Home3D That is in blatant violation of section 3.1A.c.V909 of the terms of agreement with Matterport.

I am going to get two stickers......

Normally I try to leave the mirror shot out of the tour, aesthetically (had to use spell check for that one) an angled shot of the mirror etc. can be good enough, or I say modern technology, where's my sticker.

It may be that your client will be against that. But I guess you can put a tag saying something like "that the camera is not part of real estate and if somebody wants to get the same tour contact us".

Another way you can scan entrance with your business sandwich panel shown and give a vendor a discount.
I know these tours especially placed on high traffic MLS attract 100s of views. If Matterport does not care of letting MSPs to promote their names through special fields in a tour we can try to do it in our own way.
