|MSP outside USA have to pay the USA tax?
I don't see the VAT amount on the invoices, but the invoices contain the 20% VAT (USA standard).
My accountant has indicated that the invoice contains US tax, so I don't understand why I have to pay American tax because I am outside the territorial scope of the VAT Act.
According to the VAT Act, I do not have to pay American VAT. Because my company is based outside of America.
What do you think?

|There is zero VAT tax in the USA, we don't have that here. However, there is state tax that varies from state to state as to what percentage the state tax is. Some states have zero sales tax. However, I believe that state tax only applies to tangible items only and not labor services.|

|Hi from Europe. The VAT tax from Matterport and most US companies I order is zero and does not contain additional VAT. Besides that the current Matterport invoices are not according to the european law as there are missing too many information.|
