It took 9 hours for MP to process an 1800sq/Ft House. Matterport, if you are lisenting,this is unacceptable!!

If I upload them at the end of the day I get them in the morning usually, which works for me. One thing that would be nice is if you are having some kind of problem, that there was a way to make it urgent to get a quick response. When I need an answer quickly it’s frustrating to wait. Especially if it’s a glitch in the system and you have been trying everything to fix it yourself, unaware of that.

Last night I uploaded a tour to CUPIX at about 11.30pm to process overnight, but my email advising me that it is ready to edit came at 11.56. Not bad, I thought. Not bad at all.

If you think that's bad, I just scanned a condo yesterday at around noon + uploaded. 19 Scans. It's been 30+ hours. No replies from Matterport.
