Trouble with matterport camera ( buzzing)4271

Hi Guys,
I am in trouble. My matterport camera creates an unusual noice (buzzing) while scanning. I captured a video and uploaded on youtube.


Does anybody know why this happens and is there any way to fix it?

By the way, I am in Turkey and even I send it to matterport service center, i may not able to get it back due to custom clearance process. I brought 2 of my matterport camera with my baggage.

Ugh! I can not even imagine how to deal with this from Turkey. The nearest authorized Matterport office is in London.

Can you listen to this video to decide if it is the same issue?

I would talk to Matterport and ask them if you can take it to a local technician and get it looked at locally. It sounds like a motor fail which may be a simple fix for a good tech

Hi Dan,
It is not that bad Jward's camera but it seems it may be like that.
I will also try Rene's suggestion.
No feedback from Matterport yet
