Dose anyone know why the not used button on the back of the cam is there? Any reason? Just curious...

CKC, MP told me it was for some yet undecided use. I suggested it could be used to take a single capture. For areas that are to tight for a pano.

It transforms mine into a robot that autonomously moves through a home capturing every angle in high-def in about 15 minutes. It starts speaking in a creepy monotone voice and refers to itself as Hal in 3rd person.

Doesn't yours do that?
