Hi, this is Scott from SERVPRO with another 60-second How We Can Help video. Today, we're going to talk about a piece of technology we use to document the water damage in your home. Here at SERVPRO, we have a Matterport Pro2 3D scanner. This camera allows us to create a high-resolution 360-degree walk-through of your home that provides accurate and easy-to-use information during the claims process.
After a loss, our certified and trained technicians will scan your home by placing this camera in various parts throughout the resonance. The camera will spin around in 360 degrees capturing images. We'll move it to a different spot and it'll do the same thing. When everything's done, you'll have a complete 3D scan of your home to use during the claims process.
