Hi All,

Here's a list of the hottest USA Zip Codes in 2019, according to Realtor.com:

✓ Realtor.com (31 July 2019) The Hottest Zip Codes of 2019

"Homes in this year’s top 10 sell in an average of 17 days, 40 days faster than the rest of the country and 20 days faster than their respective metros, on average. Realtor.com® users view homes in these markets 3 times more often than homes in the rest of the country and 1.9 times more often than in their respective metro areas, on average," according to Realtor.com. "Part of the appeal of these top 10 ZIPs is their relatively affordable average home price of $272,000, well below the current national median of $316,000."

How might this affect your prospecting of real estate agents and brokers?

If houses are selling fast realtors don’t value Matterport unless they see it as a selling tool to get the listing, which is not the majority of time. It might be better to look at homes that are not selling fast for 3-D tours.
