The WGAN Forum Question of the Day for Tuesday, 30 July 2019:
Do your clients ever ghost you (how do you overcome)?
For clarification, what I mean by "ghost you" is that you have a good, ongoing relationship with a client, but when you reach out - for example, to talk about a new service - you don't hear back from them. Or, perhaps they switched to another Pro and do not return your call.

|Everyone is SO BUSY nowadays. Flooded with emails, texts, WhatsApp etc.
Sometimes emails end up in spam boxes.
If they are worth keeping, just always keep calm and polite, try again after a few days or, probably the best route, pick up the phone and call them.
I recently had one impossible client. Very charming when I saw her or actually got through, but regularly failed to respond to messages, emails etc. I was trying to close the job so I could invoice her! Calling from my wife's phone worked as she didn't recognize the number! She answered, was as charming as ever, and all is closed and done and paid now.
