Hi,
I have been having problems with a Dollhouse view for a 2-floor villa.

we scan the outside patio and pool and the second-floor wall (outside wall) looks like is not finished... or if a bomb has exploded nearby... jejeje some of the windows disappear....

Any tips? what Can we do?

@walk360 It would help to see the actual tour link AND also to see screengrabs from Capture showing where you have placed the windows/cut marks. I have found very slight shifts of the cutmarks can make major changes to the dollhouse. Duplicate in Capture and reupload with new markers. There is no cost for this and I have sometimes done 2 or 3 versions to get the best result.

Like he said.

Plus, I could imagine that the missing wall is because that's high up the scan could see: about a story and a half.

I think that's how Dan mentions.
That part is very high and the camera does not get to read it.
It has happened to me on high exteriors or on walls that have an obstacle (canopy, overhang, etc.) that do not allow camera reading.
