Is there reason to keep a real estate tour once the house has sold? If it come up for sale again, you wouldn’t want to use the old tour. Unless it’s a dream house you want to use as a sample it seems wiser to delete it. Thoughts?

The best scenario I could come up with is if housing takes a dump and you manage to get the REO agent to take on the cost of resurrecting the tour. Perhaps a vacant listing with an investor. Both of these ententes would require too much time to track and follow up with unless we were in another financial crisis. Chances are, the new listing agents would want an updated version of the home to represent in order of not being misleading in their advertising. If cost is an issues, [redacted] cell phone pictures are enough, especially with a discounted commission.

When Matterport eventually offers an unlimited plan - or enables free embedding to your own domain - you may want all your Matterport tours for your gallery to help you differentiate that you are an experienced Pro.

I though that Matterport was keeping a copy of all of them anyhow. Is this not what they are building the AI with. You know when they came up with all that ROOMY stuff, there were a lot of questions that never did get answered.

You would think DELETE means delete. Maybe @jwBuckl can answer this. I would love to see a thread with all the old TECH questions that never were reflected in the TOS.

There was one foggy issue, are they using GPS to located scans. Can they search their data base with GPS Locations and pop up results.

There are privacy issues that were not addressed, or at least I never saw the resultant answers. Figure we could give Dan a list of questions in a thread and get them to come back on WGN live and give us real answers and then get the TOS to agree with what they said.

DOES DELETE mean Delete?
