We just finished a tour at a ranch style house. As you can see from the screenshot, half the house is askew. Will this line up correctly when we upload it?

Yikes!

I would be surprised if it did, but try anyway and in the mean time send a note to Matterport Support.

When scanning, best practice is to watch where the scans show up. If a scan show up in an unexpected spot, delete and re-scan.

This will prevent potential problems such as the potential one here.

Tried MP support, both regular and urgent but nobody is available. We went ahead and uploaded it and hope for the best. I never have seen this is all the tours we've done. If anybody has any suggestions, let me here them.

Thanks Dan. I just submitted an online support request and attached the image. I believe they work on pacific time so there is still time for them to call today.
