I received an email today from Hubspot about an issue that occurred with their system. I find it refreshing when a company is forthright about their screwups. I quoted their response in this article on LinkedIn

Much of my business relies on Matterport and Google, and I must say I think they drop the ball often and I never get any email from them explaining, apologizing or simply telling me to get lost.

Just because you are large and have a monopoly should not give you an excuse to not be upfront and communicate.
