Could be a great way to give some samples and free trials. not to mention recurring hosting revenue. I'm gonna pick one up. Any advice on which is better?

I have used both, I prefer and purchased the Insta360 OneX. The quality over all was better to me, esp. low light (post patching w/HDR etc.) and the connected software package is quite good, it opens up some interesting 360 Video capabilities with low production cost. Biggest down side to me is that they chose an OLED display for the main display... and it's all but invisible in daylight... interesting choice... not that it matters if you are driving it with Capture or it's own native app for other shots though. If you pick one up feel free to drop me a note if you have any questions!

Thanks for the info, I think I'll go with the insta360. What tripod and other accessories will I need other than the ipad?

I bought the Ricoh Theta V with tri/monopod that they were offering earlier this month. I have experimented with it and like that I can get in and out quicker and use my iPhone to control it.
I was surprised that it didn't rotate like my MP 250, but the photos were 4K and a good quality.
Am currently awaiting the New Flagship Ricoh Theta Z1 when it comes out in April. Much better low light capture-from what I am reading.
Anxious to see if I host my Theta shots on MP, can I capture 2D photos?
