So logged on yesterday to take a look at new Matterport navigation, first thing i noticed is my entire invoice history has been deleted a very important item. Placed a ticket yesterday and I have heard crickets...has everyone's history been deleted?...and I am the only lucky one?

I watched a FB live video on the Matterport Official User Group Facebook page. According to Dee, when the new system went live on the 11th you wouldn't be able to get old invoices.

Thanks for sharing that. News to me!

Had Matterport shared that video with me, we would have posted it here to manage expectations. Seems silly that they don't do that given that we have 12,000 unique monthly Visitors to the WGAN Forum.

So I received a kind response from Matterport about this situation...it has been acknowledged and I am told a fix should be in place shortly....see comment

"We've identified the issue with retrieving invoices. We will be deploying a fix that will allow us to provide you with the invoices you requested. We expect to have invoices available at the end of this week or Monday.

Thank you for your patience as we resolve this issue. We apologize for the delay."
