$90k porta potties agent’s just won’t do it and the market selling too fast has them gambling that they don’t need it. So you push more that they need to have them so they can farm a market hard to crack. Gated communities, areas that someone else sells a lot in. They can create pages or posts on their website and get them ranked page one better with a lead capture form that through a year will pick up at least one sale from it. So 5 or 6 top ranked pages will get the agent 5 extra sales a year and the first listing clients sale paid for? These are just a few reasons why an MP provider should be selling more. Oh yeah I have helped sell scans to agents that represented the buyer. Why? So the agent can make a marketing page that shows they offer Matterport to sell their (subdivision name here)home.
