Just curious. How long would it take you to scan a 4,000 sq/ft house include 360's outside on an average?

@fotoguy

Great question. It's live that we will be all over the board, depending on the density of our scans.

We would take 4+ hours to do this job. That includes a walk through with the real estate agent (discussing which close doors to be open and closed). We also scan closed closets to make it easier for Blue-Sketch to create a 2D Schematic Floor Plan.

Best,

Dan

After the property has been staged, the actual scan time for me would be 1 hour 30 minutes. This assumes 30 scans per 1000 square feet averaging 45 seconds per scan including moving the camera.

I too would say up to 4 hours - this includes time walking round checking cushions are nice and tidy, towels are even and straight etc etc and everything is ready so I don't need to do anything while I'm scanning. This is dependent on how much furniture is in rooms and how thorough you are being. This would include time for me to scan in the showers and lower the camera to scan in bathtubs etc.

Thanks everybody. Apparently we are in the zone because it took us 3:45.
