Urgent: Matterport not opening7305

I think I saw a post somewhere about this but I need anyone having an issue with trying to open the Matterport App on your ipad and it not opening but shutting down and going to the main screen? On jobs I've had to try 5 or 6 times to get it to open and now at home on wifi it's like Dikembe Mutombo "ah ah ah, not today"

It's been happening since the it just me? is there a fix? do I just need to throw the ipad out the window on interstate 95 doing 70mph?

Just you I think, no problems here.

Have you run out of space on your iPad, have you closed down all the apps running in the background (2 fast clicks on the home button then swipe up to close them down) then a restart.

I had a issue after the camera update. I got a huge amount of misalignments. Ended up having to treat the floors as two different properties and Dee combined them as one for me. Only happened the once and I had used it several times before it did that and with no problem. I realize that is not the same issue but contact support and run it by them. I also did not upgrade my iPad firmware as it is not a newer model and everything I read said the the new firmware on the camera would still work with my iPad as is. I also checked to make sure it wasn’t an issue with storage and it was not as I had plenty of room left on my iPad. Dee said every once in awhile the camera might have alignment errors even though I was doing everything right. Not sure why but it worked after with no problems.
