Hi,

I have a quick question.

I wonder if you guys have any kind of research or data that shows how much revenue or number of lease/sales went up for using Matterport for real estate agency.

I would like to use it for marketing tools to explain to my clients about advantages of using Mattaport or VR kits, so if you have any datas that shows good results of using VR on real estate industry, Please share with me..

Thank you!

I have some good govt stats which demonstrates that more viewings = more offers.

If viewings are realistic experiences then it enables ‘virtual living’ and buyers spend as much time as they want in the tour, resulting in a more considered offer.

More time viewing = less time wasters.

Will post shortly.

Rule #1 - Statics never lie and liars use statics.

Rule #2 for the above slide(presentations)- The mind will only absorb, what the ass will endure.

Yes, I am on a role with my whimsical folkisms. @metroplex got anything?

I think it always what context statistics is being used in.

From a business point of view if statistics can help me and my clients with profitability I am all for it.
But statistics needs to be taken with a pinch of salt. Having a science background and just watching the media in general one can skew it to your needs. Since I am unethical, of course I will skew it towards my needs. Thats a joke by the way!!! or deep down it may not be. That is why I want to see the raw data.

That raw data is not all that available in business in general. If you have good data that can help your cause you are not going to share it with the competition.

So if you have raw data from a neutral body I would like to see it.If your statistics leads me to a page that does not give me anything of value (READ Matterport) I don't really care for it.

There are 2 key things based on deep research across U.K. market which can be reflected in other buying patterns in other markets:

- FLOORPLANS

Buyers love floorplans. Properties without floor plans often don’t make the cut.

- VIEWINGS

More viewings = more offers

More offers = better price for seller

Buyers often want more viewing and most offers are made at 2nd or 3rd viewing. If they could ‘live virtually’ then they could expedite their offer’and not hassle the realtor again for access.

Matterport enables the above, and quickly.

There is a bunch of research to support these claims across Google.
