|Ok, so I been dealing with Matterport Support this afternoon. I am trying to get into MSP Member Portal, and it doesn't recognize my email. Chatted with a support person online, only to be told, that this is a project for MSP Portal Support. Apparently, Matterport switched over to a new MSP.
As of this time, I received one email stating a ticket has been created. I got another email telling me to sign up for a Member Support Seminar, and another email displaying my online conversation. Does anyone know what the turnaround time frame is to getting support from Matterport?

|I generally call them. Even if they don't answer, they will get back to you pretty promptly just leave a message of course|
