My favorite...

"The manager/owner is not here... but I'll leave him/her your card/phone number." I know its generic, but after being blown away by actually seeing a sample, that's the response I get.

We don't just allow anyone to come in here and represent our brokerage this way.
So you can teach me how I an do this on my own.. right?

1) I'll think about and get back to you.
2) My property will sell without it.
3) I have a company that does this for us already (other company bundles all-in-one solutions and their Matterport stuff is, for lack of better word, cr*p).

Of course we offer counter feedback and call backs which does work in many cases.

1. The virtual tour shows too much of the property. People will not come see the house if they can see it all online. (I wish they would hold on long enough to ask, how do I explain to my seller that they are not getting very many showings.)

2. I do open houses to get leads. This program will not bring me any leads, just buyers for the home. (Yeah, isn't that what you want? The IDX has been killing your exclusive agency to put a sign in the yard this past decade.)

3. That's way too much money. The home can sell itself with my Free virtual tour from the local association.
