I need some guidance. I am looking at reviewing the pricing for Matterport work in 2018.
1.Is it better to price as a bundle or breakdown to individual elements?
2. Do most include the Matterport scan with still images in 1 price?
3. Do you include a floor plan?

Any guidance is appreciated. I don't know if it is allowed to discuss actual pricing for various work but I will be glad to share what I have done in the past if someone wants to do the same.

Thank You

Hi Jerry

Do you have any matterport competition in your area? If So have you done an analysis of their pricing and offerings?
What's tour point of difference over others?

seems like a good starting point it 10 cent per sf, go down for larger and up for smaller

How do you account for unfinished space? Most Realtors use only finished sq.ft.
