Matterpot 360 Snapshot to Google My Business6396

3DSNAP private msg quote post Address this user
Hi all,

I am trying to post a 360 snapshot to Google My Business, but Google is not recognizing the image as 360. It is working fine on Facebook but not on Google apps. I tried to upload directly to Google Street View but am getting this error "Unable to import 1 Photo. The image's size should be at least 3840x1920". Although I can see the image size is 4096 × 2048. I am using Matterport Pro 2.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Cheers,

Marc

Photospheres are not uploaded to Google My Business. You need to add with the SV app, Google Maps or with a 3rd party publishing tool. The preferred 3rd party choice of professionals is GoThru.co.

Search your Business on Google Maps and upload from there or alternatively from the Google Street View app
