Great question ...

When an agent makes a listing presentation ("Marketing Plan", s/he is showing how the agent will market the property. Now, imagine that the agent includes in the "Marketing Plan" the addition of Matterport Spaces 3D Tours - and other services that you offer that the agent is not presently using.

Now imagine that the agent average price point is $500,000. Let's rule-out any changes in price as a result of Matterport 3D Tour. Now, imagine that with the addition of Matterport, the agent can win higher price point listings. So, now imagine that you help the agent get an average price point of $600,000. That 20 percent increase in average price point translates to bigger commissions (for the same amount of work).
