All the equipment a real estate agent would have to buy, then the $$$$ spent on training, etc.
Its something you need to bring up. It IS a value that no one talks about and if you don't then the negotiation goes to price between providers.
This is no different than when you go and buy a car. You just want their best price but they show you the features and things that the other car doesn't have.
If you bring your equipment let them see it and touch it and talk about what each does. That adds value that shows you have craftsmanship and not just a button pusher.

|If you want oats for your horse sir, they are 5 dollar a bag. If you want oats that have been through the horse already, they are cheaper. You have to show the value of your oats.
