Can someone point me in the right direction on the forum or answer this question for me?

I expect to have our first official scan done Thursday and want to understand exactly what link I need to give to the realtor both for the tour and the MLS listing. Thanks!!

The short link is the MLS link also use for any social media, the longer link is for embedding , meaning this is the link you use for a website. an embedded link will show up like this...

Use this as your interim website.

Trick it out with:

1. Company description
2. Three Matterport Scans
3. Three Videos

Need more Matterport Scans and Videos? Your Membership includes the use of We Get Around created Matterport Spaces.

Make sure it is the wordpress.org and not the wordpress.com!

There is a big difference.

Thanks for the reminder about .org and .com. Is building a website that same procedure in both?

@fotoguy

No the .com is plug and play and the .org is a little more detailed.

Long story short....
1.Buy domain and hosting
2.Upload wordpress to your site and wait a few hours.
3.Find a theme and upload it.
4.Fill in the details and install plugins.

The .com doesn't let you install plugins. You upload pictures and words and I believe that is all you can do.

Does anyone know why the link for the MLS listing expires every 24 hours? We had a Realtor try posting the MLS specific link to his MLS listing, and every 24 hours the link kept expiring. I called Matterport about it, but they said it isn't on them and to call the MLS site and find out why it was disappearing after 24 hours. Once it became to complicated, I lost touch with the Realtor. Anyone know what could be happening?

@DanSmigrod Any help?
