I am pretty upset with Matterport. I ordered the new camera. After 2 weeks I asked when it would be shipped. That request was never answered but I received a email the next day that my camera shipped. That was on 7-6-17. I figured a few days from Sunnyvale to Las Vegas. I checked with FedEx today and they tell me the shipping label was created but the camera was not delivered to them for shipping. I was counting on using the new camera on a high rise shoot later today. I guess that is not happening. Has anyone else received the wrong information on their camera shipment???

Update : I sent [redacted] an email and he had support contact me and Support responded that the camera would leave their warehouse today.

Mine never received as promised. I ordered my camera on June 27 [2017] and was promised for early July. I contacted support and they assured me that I will receive it last week or early this week, but I have not received it yet.

I received my camera on Thursday at 1:00 PM and did a 3000 ft Penthouse on the Las Vegas strip at around 6:pm.

@DaveFahrny Great to hear! Matterport have been overwhelmed by the positive response (orders) for Pro-2 cameras and fulfillment is working VERY hard. Each camera goes through testing for alignment and from what I understand, there's quite a bit of manual assembly involved including modding of the actual Primesense cameras.

For anyone who wants a Pro-2 -- order as soon as you can if you want to ensure that you have it when you need it.
