Recovering deleted Matterport models?4750

immersivetours private msg quote post Address this user
Can you recover deleted models?

I accidentally deleted a folder containing 50 or so models, and really need to recover it. Has anyone had any success or am I out of luck!
I already submitted a ticket with MatterPort, and have 15 or so models on my iPad which I am currently re uploading if they are unable to accommodate me.

Thanks

Sorry, we tried but can't get any information from the deleted link address.

Did you download them on your offline app "Matterport 3D Showcase" before delete?
If you have them we have the ability to put them back online again by our showcase platform JuPlayer.

I have had 6 models recovered, as long as you can give them the names of the models, better will be if you can give the urls,

@immersivetours Matterport recovered your showcase.
We can generate showcase report for it with our JuMP-ME v2.0.
Here is the report PDF.

Hi All,

So that you can recover from accidentally deleting models:

How to Backup Your Matterport Spaces on iPad

(And, yes, Matterport should offer Cloud-hosted Backup and Restore to iPad.)
