I've got a project coming up that has glass walls deviding rooms up(board room to hall etc) Do we need to mark the glass walls as windows?....as we will be scanning the other side of the glass wall/window anyway.

If you do not want to be able to walk through the walls, then yes. You ewill need to mark them on both sides with the arrows pointing away from the wall.
