I got my new Phab 2 pro. Tried the matterport scenes app. Very limited. My scan of a 19 x 24 great room resulted in only allowing me to scan 85% of the space. I got an out of memory message and it processed what was captured.

I got it to see how it could be used with my other offerings.

Overall I have found that the Phab2 pro is buggy and crashes using tango app. Not very happy with it. But as an early adopter I will wait and see how they improve it.

There is one app that I am looking forward to being able to use. It is Phi.3D. I emailed them today and they replied within a half hour that they have an alpha version working since yesterday which we will demonstrated at Autodesk University in Las Vegas today.

I can't wait to get a chance to try this.

Opening new doors and product oppertunities!

Ahh yeah a dot point scanner. I'm buying a laser scanner and they are throwing one of these in with it.
