I am wondering how most Matterport pro's will deal with the new 360 view. Will you be charging for this new feature? If so do you plan on a flat rate or per 360? Or will you be adding this feature at no charge to possibly land new clients?

I never ever add features at no charge. Remember to leave lots of wiggle room to negotiate new clients. This is easily a $50 value and you can use this to negotiate or "give" a client an amazing promotion.

No charges for the foreseeable future here. This is a great extra feature that already saved me time today at a property that also gives the added benefits of the 360s attached.

I previously charged an "outside / patio / pool" fee when i could scan all the way through to the back yard. I plan to use the same fee for either outside scan through, or 360 view. Not having to stitch or worry about the sun, will make 360 view much easier.

I think I will include them when necessary. I have learned that being competitive with pricing and treating people right gets you many clients and more importantly; very good clients that spread the word and come back often.

All I know is so far all of my 360's are not that good of quality and I would not charge my client for that.

I think I'm just going to do it for free ... unless we can link to and FROM them into our tour with Mattertags. Then it might be a small upcharge.
