Embed the showcase asset into Facebook?236

Canada private msg quote post Address this user
I am trying to figure out how to embed the showcase asset into my Facebook page and linkedin without it being just a link to the model. I try the copy and paste but it just shows up as the link and not the embed picture link. If this makes sense to anyone I would be happy to hear back from you. Thank

There are several threads here about this issue, which you can find by using the search funcion here.

There's no straightforward way to get it to work, but workarounds have been found.

1. You can create a subpage on your own business page for the property and include some nice stills in a gallery, and then have your clients use the link to that page instead of the direct link. The upside is that you get publicity to your site.

2. If you just want a direct link to post on Facebook, you can create a really simple webpage that has the image preview that you want and pushes the viewer immediately to the Matterport link. I posted about how I did this a while back with more details. Ask if you want even more!
