✓ Ocean view?
✓ Skyline view?
✓ Lake view?

If you scan property where the outside view is everything, here are techniques to successful scan indoors with the outdoors looking magical: (even though you have no control over the Matterport Camera f-stop, shutter speed or ISO:

The Matterport HDR feature works (reasonably) well. When the outside is equal to or darker than the interior, you will get great scans.

As I shared in our We Get Around blog posts above, I scan the identical space twice:

1st set of scans - build out the floor plan view and dollhouse view and interior spaces such as bathrooms and stairs

2nd round of scans scans - when the lighting outdoors is "golden hour" I have about an hour to re-scan just the spots I want you to stand to view the room and outdoor views. In Matterport Workshop, I then disable the first set of scans (except stairs and bathrooms, for example)
Bonus: Sometimes I wait until night time to add a few scans to see outdoors at night.

If you are going to book a Penthouse overlooking Columbus Circle in NYC, you care about the view in these two Matterport Spaces ...
