|I opened a support ticket last Thursday.
I finally get a response on Saturday, sadly it only read "Hi Brian." That is it!
Tried calling, now I'm in their voice mailbox system.
Are they ALWAYS this slow?

|@BrianM, I have found it always dependent on the issue, in some cases they got right back to me. But when I have asked about color, stitching or software issues it has taken several days. It has gotten better but I have waited several days if not a week for an answer. So I have had similar issues.

|@BrianM I've experienced the same issues Brian! Sometimes they can be great - however other times its just a painful long wait! Plus my added issue of being on the other side of the world!!|
