Good video and let me add a few things. I was sold on Matterport that tm it's how I could create virtual tours and also extract images. However matterport never talks about editing photos and finishing up the product. Downloaded images from matterport or not in their final state.

However several years later I learned that images are the number one need for agents. Fast forward to today, that's why I bought my Nikon digital camera... 94% of agents do not have virtual tours and they host open houses that average about 2 hours one day a week. What??

Virtual tours allow an agent to host a live hosted virtual open house via software such as Zoom, anytime of the day or week. They can walk the customer through the house and sell the property and sell the, but the reality is very few agents know how to sell.

Agents are shooting themselves in the foot by thinking that one open house a week for a couple hours is enough to make not only them a living but also that's their customers the highest value for.

It's a false reality.

I highly recommend anyone that's interested in getting into the real estate photography space, to get on board the matterport train, because the virtual digital twins that we create help put agents in a position to completely dominate their market.

If you're doing real estate photography with just the camera that's great, but you can open new doors and new opportunities if you fully study and understand the psychology behind home buyers.

Good luck.

How to be successful in real estate photography!!!

Step 1- Build a time machine and go back to 2015 before everyone and their brother was trying to "Get Started in Real Estate Photography".

It's a jungle.

Haha @Expertise I was going to post the same but held back. Someone should post a video 'Why NOT to start in real estate photography'. Seems everyone that lost their job during the pandemic became real estate photographers since is 'So easy, all you need is a camera'.
But at the end of the day you can make any business successful if you have the right contacts and a good marketing strategy.
