Just started having this color problem... is it an issue with the Z1, with the Matterport app, or what? It doesn't happen on every scan.

Try a minor edit to in the capture app add a new trim line or something and reupload it may be a Matterport issue there were some server issues yesterday ~ from the screen grab I would have assumed a sensor issue but, that most likely would have been more consistent ~ have you gotten these pink hemispheres in any panos outside of Matterport?

Thanks, I updated the Ricoh firmware, went back and reshot those scans, and paid close attention. So far so good. I haven't tried it outside Matterport yet...

Did you pull the photos off the camera and compare them to what you have on the tour?

Might want to pay a little more attention to how much lighting if entering each sensor.

In a couple pictures, you have 3 sources of light hitting one lens and one source on the other side.

If you are hiding further away and no so close to the camera when hiding, the whole camera file could be jeopardized during transfer. Ipad pro still gets issue from closed doors through garages and long rooms with mirrors. But they have a much higher success rate than an iphone.

Many of the errors I get using a Ricoh have more to do with lighting and distance I am from the camera during transfer.

Thanks, I was close, just around the corner. Here's what one of the photos looks like, along with the re-do:
