| I was having issues yesterday with it taking 2-5 minutes for a snapshot to resolve. Navigating in general was very sticky for lack of a better term. Long delays when trying to set up the highlight reel. Transitions are very rough for the walkthrough. 2nd level support (Adrian I think) said they had several comments on that situation, the engineers were on it, and the best thing to do was wait it out. Today I am in a jam on a delivery, and normal support is not answering. If there is an MSP number that gets to someone, I would like to access it. I even made a few changes and uploaded it again, to see if that breaks through on anything. Def Open for suggestions. Thank you! |

| It's been terrible with load times and editing gobbling up memory on the computer. Not loading 360 views and jumpy. Been that was since at least Wednesday 5/19. | ||
