|Hi, this is my first post to the forum, and figured I'd add here in the event someone else came across this situation. Have found content here very useful in the past so here's my scenario.
I've completed several scans with the Matterport Pro2 camera for real estate virtual tours, and the company I was contracting for would process and upload these to their account.
I now have set out on my own with a Ricoh Theta Z1 with a starter Matterport account, and was hoping to practice generating virtual tours with some of the scans taken with the MP Pro2. I wasn't able to upload my prior Pro2 scans to my account and received the message in the photo: 'Can't Upload, Camera Mismatch with Plan - This job includes a camera type unsupported by the current subscription plan.'
Dan here on the forum was very helpful, and I also received a response from Matterport customer support:

The stater plan is a test purpose for scans created by a spherical camera.
If you have a scan created by a Matterport Pro2 camera, please upgrade your subscription to a professional plan.
Pls refer to the icons of cameras supported under subscription plan in buy.matterport.com page.

This may have been fairly intuitive that you can't utilize the $9.99/month starter plan to upload MP Pro2 scans but I decided to share here just in case. It looks like the solution is to purchase the $69/month professional account.

|Welcome to the forum and the pro 2 is only supported on certain new plans, not the starter plan so that would make sense. If you're in this for the Long haul you might want to see if you can find a classic plan, and good luck I hope everything works out for you.|
