I've been following magicplan.com They seem to be focusing on contractors, but it is totally built for ease of use and integration (2nd package offers 360 integration and more). The price is the best part. First package starts at $10/month unlimited, and that includes what just about every real estate photographer could want. If you have Lidar it makes it easier. Also, laser measuring bluetooth integration. Some assembly of the floor plan is required, but once you learn the software (one room at a time and then place the rooms together) you could have a house mapped out in about 10-15 minutes--or so it appears

I order most of my floor plans through Matterport, but for the realtor who does the standard photos and floor plans, this is another option. magicplan appears to be a very good product.
