Matterport Pro2 Wiggly Loose Charge Port13066

cgraft private msg quote post Address this user
Just received my new Pro 2 camera today & noticed the charging port is so loose the cable will fall out in a gentle breeze. Anyone else have this issue?

I would expect the port to feel robust and firm, not squishy and frail.

You are correct....the charger plug in should be firm. As the camera is new, I'm sure Matterport will swap it out for you. Obviously, you should still be able to use the camera with no problem....if the port is super loose I would place a piece of tape across it while charging to make sure it stays properly connected.

Hey @cgraft. Mine is the same. Although, I haven't tested it to see if it will fall out. I place it where I know it won't be kicked or tugged. It works but does not plug in snugly. Purchased a few months ago.
