 Hello all - We've been repairing Matterport cameras for ourselves, friends and a few forum members for a while now and I decided I'd like to try officially offering the service to WGAN members. The goal is to offer fast repair service (one or two days for common repairs) at reasonable prices with a 1 year warranty. Most repairs $250! Post any questions you have here or you can go to this Google Form we have set up....it has more info and a way to get a quote etc. We're also offering the following for anyone who gets a repair done that is $250 or more. | @Matterfix can you get case pieces? I lost the top case piece when my camera fell on a boat. The camera still works fine with missing parts. It just looks terrible. | ||

| I had a great experience with them, they were able to repair my matterport pro 2 battery. The company Matterport took around 2 months to just respond my request to fix the battery and of course it was overpriced (support isn’t good). I decided to look for a different option and luckily I got in contact with them, now the my pro 2 is working perfectly. Highly recommend from my experience. |

| I also had a great experience using Mike for our Pro2 repair. I had a ticket in at Matterport for about a month and a half with no reply. It was an unfortunate drop with one of our scanners. I shipped it out and Mike returned it fixed in a matter of a few days. Everything is working great. I would highly recommend him. |

| Hi Schaferu - (I messaged you too, if that is easier for reply) I haven't seen much mention of this error lately... What camera do you have?, Pro2 I assume? Are you on most current version of firmware? Does the problem happen always now? or is it intermittent? Is your camera still under warranty? Could you send me a pic of the error message? |

| Hello @jorjawhite - let me get some more info and I'll see what I'd recommend: 1) is there any physical damage that you can see? 2) how hard did it fall? 3) has it worked at all since it fell? 4) you say it won't charge, but will it do anything while plugged into charger? (does the charge indicator panel light up?, will camera power up with charger plugged in?) |

| @matterfix 1) the physical damage I see is the charge port being damaged 2) the tripod fell over while scanning a photo - not sure exactly how to answer that question, but it fell onto a hardwood floor 3) yes, it has worked but it gave me a few error messages that the photo quality may not be ideal - however, the photo quality ended up being fine. what has not worked is the charge port 4) I can't even plug it into the charge port to get that far |
