Here is an example of a webpage - a gallery - created with WP3D Models WordPress Plugin that lets you sort Matterport 3D Tours by category.

Is this what you are looking for?

I think the client would like to present the scan as more integrated into the design rather than a square that comes up and is not integrated into the page.

thanks - I guess sexy would be a good descriptive word.

@SpencerLasky I don't know if I have an example but it's an interesting question and I think that this would be the solution (setting an iframe as a page background using CSS):

Since the embed code for a Matterport walkthrough is an iFrame, it should be relatively straightforward to get it onto a page as a background element. It would probably need to have the auto-play URL parameter added as well, as I'm not sure how functional the walkthrough would be at that point. Anyway, I don't know if that's helpful but I'd definitely be interested in seeing the results if you end up getting something working.

Also, just to echo and add to Dan's suggestion above, WP3D models is a great tool and they do offer a 'skin' that integrates the scan onto the page more elegantly than the stock version. Not sure if this example is any closer to what you are looking for but it is also created with WP3D:
