I have experienced what I am currently chalking up to as a 'series of unfortunate events' in the purchase of my Matterport Camera. Which has caused me to raise the question as to how durable or problematic the Matterport is, as well as what your experience has been when working with their customer service.
What happens when you have a problem with your camera outside of warranty? How problematic is the Matterport?
I would like to ask the same question regarding the Iguide, since I am considering making the switch.
