How do I close account?10572

I added one of the new plans with unlimited processing that I've been using for the past several months and then I've been transferring those processed models to my legacy account which has larger storage limits. It's worked good but now that it's a slow season (for us) I need to cancel the new plan and fall back on only my legacy account (We plan to be gone for a few weeks in December and January and so there's no sense paying that extra $69+ tax when I'm covered by my $1500/year Legacy account and doubt I'll go over the free scan allotment for December and possibly January). (Besides which... $69 USD/month is like $800 Canadian/month.... well, that's an exaggeration... but the currency exchange does suck!).

This all said, I don't see an option to cancel/fold an account on the settings anywhere. Has anyone shut down an account before? Is it enough to email support@matterport.com or is there an easy way to do it?

How many models do you get with legacy at 1500 year?

@Harrycayman 300,and then it's $19/month for every 50 models over that amount... I've trimmed my model count down but have had 600+ models hosted at one time.
