Buongiorno ho un problema di sovrapposizioni di piani, comunicato piu' volte a support@matterport da parecchi giorni senza nessun risultato, come posso risolvere il problema???
dovevo consegnare il tour oggi ma matterport mi ha abbandonato non risolvendomi il problema,
il problema causato non era per causa mia ma del software di matterport.
in poche parole il mio cliente mi mandato a quel paese e non mi piu' pagato.
quando DEE lavarova per matterport questi problemi venivono risolti in giornata.
sono deluso dal comportamento di matterport, non si agisce commercialmente in questo modo.
